Most problems are solved below. For anything else, message us on Instagram at @oldcam.vintage with your iPhone model, iOS version and OldCam version.
The camera shows a black screen
OldCam needs Camera access. Open Settings › OldCam and turn on Camera, then reopen the app.
Photos are not saving
OldCam needs Photos access to save to your camera roll. Open Settings › OldCam › Photos and choose Full Access or Add Photos Only.
I subscribed but the Pro cameras are locked
Open OldCam, tap MENU › OldCam Pro and choose Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you subscribed with.
I want to cancel OldCam Pro
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions › OldCam Pro › Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
I was charged and want a refund
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The Instagram caption didn't paste
Tap Share › Copy caption in OldCam, then in Instagram press and hold the caption field and tap Paste. iOS may ask you to allow pasting.
